The MX-12FAMD PIR detector performs simultaneous scanning in two zones (Dual): horizontal and downward, thus avoiding false alarms caused by small animals, inclement weather and vehicles at the edge of the area. In addition, the combination of PIR and Microwave technologies significantly reduces false alarms for reliable outdoor protection.
This passive infrared (PIR) sensor includes a sophisticated short-range anti-masking system of up to 12m, designed to trigger an alarm when it detects any attempt to override the sensor due to obstruction.
It also features 24-hour activation in the event of tampering or removal of the sensor thanks to the front and rear tampering tampers.
By combining multiple microwave sensor settings, pulse counting and its sensitivity adjustment, stable detection performance is achieved in various environments.
